What is our return policy?

Return Policy – The Uniform Lab

At The Uniform Lab, we are committed to ensure customer satisfaction. For this reason, we offer a period of up to ten (10) days from the date of purchase to exchange merchandise.

To process any exchange, it is essential to present the original purchase receipt and visit our store in person. Items must be in good condition—unused, unwashed, and with their original tags attached.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges will be made only for another item or store credit of equal value. If a higher-priced item is selected, the customer must pay the corresponding difference.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
